United States Returns and Cancellations

If you are a customer in the United States, please review the following information regarding returns and cancellations for your order.

  • Returns: Accepted
  • Return window: 14 days, starting from item delivery date
  • Weekends/holidays: Extended to the next business day ✓
  • Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted up until fulfillment
  • Fees: None for cancellations or returns. The return postage will be paid for by the vendor (us) at no fee to the customer (you). 
  • Eligibility: United States and it's territories only
  • Exemptions: Any final sale item (any item that is made to order or has customization) can not be cancelled once fabrication has started. These items can not be returned but the customer can contact us and we'll do our best to assist

International Returns and Cancellations

If you are an international customer (outside the United States), please review the following information regarding returns and cancellations for your order.

  • Returns: Accepted
  • Return window: 14 days, starting from delivery of the last item on the order ✓
  • Weekends/holidays: Extended to the next business day ✓
  • Cancellations: Allowed until fulfillment ✓
  • Fees: None for cancellations or returns. The return postage will be paid for by the customer (you) at no fee to the vendor (us). 
  • Eligibility: "All" market (covers all countries outside the US, including all EU member states) ✓
  • Exemptions: Any final sale item (any item that is made to order or has customization) can not be cancelled once fabrication has started. These items can not be returned but the customer can contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

 

How to initiate a return or cancellation request

If you meet the conditions stated above this is how to request a return or cancellation; log in to your account and go to your Orders:

For returns:

  1. Click the order you want to return
  2. Select "Return items" and choose which items
  3. Submit the request 

For cancellations:

  1. Click the order you want to cancel
  2. If the order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you'll see a "Cancel order" option
  3. Then confirm
