Orders shipped to the United States
- Returns: 14 days from delivery. If the last day is a weekend or holiday, you get until the next business day.
- Return shipping: on us, at no cost to you.
- Cancellations: any time before your order ships.
- Fees: none.
Orders shipped outside the United States
- Returns: 14 days from delivery of the last item in your order, extended to the next business day for weekends and holidays.
- Return shipping: paid by you. If you cancel under your right of withdrawal, we also refund the standard shipping you paid at checkout.
- Cancellations: any time before your order ships.
- Fees: none.
Final sale items
Made-to-order and customized items can't be cancelled once we start making them, and can't be returned. If something goes wrong, contact us anyway and we'll do our best to help.
How to start a return or cancellation
- Log in at account.qfamilymagicshop.com and open Orders.
- To return: choose the order, select Return items, pick the items and submit.
- To cancel: choose the order and select Cancel order (shown until the order ships).
Checked out with only a phone number? Use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.
Refunds
We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
