Shipping policy

Processing time

  • In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Made-to-order and customized items ship after the production lead time listed on the product page, typically 2–3 weeks.
  • If an order includes both, we ship everything together once it's ready.

Shipping within the United States

All orders ship from New York via USPS.

  • Standard: $8.00
  • Standard on orders of $70 or more: Free
  • Express: $15.00
  • USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail: calculated at checkout from your order's weight and destination, often cheaper than flat rate for small orders

Delivery times are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed.

International shipping

  • We ship to most countries via USPS First-Class Package International, Priority Mail International, or Priority Mail Express International. Rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees aren't included in our prices or shipping charges. They're the buyer's responsibility and may be collected on delivery.
  • Customs processing can add delays outside our control.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Damaged, lost, or missing packages

  • Arrived damaged? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived? Check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help you file a claim with USPS.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. To change it, email us before your order ships. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, and reshipping costs may apply.
