A spectator signs a coin. You introduce a small box, wrapped shut with rubber bands, and set it in plain view. The coin vanishes.

The bands come off. Inside the box is another box, wrapped in its own bands. Inside that, a small drawstring bag, tied shut. And inside the bag — their coin, their signature, sitting there where it has no business being.

Every layer buys you another reaction. By the third one the room has usually stopped being polite about it.
